Shipping Delays
Thread of Five is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier,weather,holidays,incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Thread Of five is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided , the customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring that shipping address provided at checkout is secure and accurate.
Thread Of Five is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported missing afterward.
- Packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
- Packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Shipping delays or other issues caused by the carrier after the package has been dispatched
- Packages left unattended at the delivery address
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, cutomers should first contact the shipping carrier and, when appropriate, check with household members, neighbors,building management, or the delivery location.
For an item that arrives visibly damaged, customers must contact Thread Of Five within 24hours of delivery and provide the order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Thread Of Five will review each qualfying damage or incorrect-order claim individually. Submitting claims does not guarantee a refund,replcement, or ther resolution .
